Reviews, Comments, and Testimonials:Xsertive LLC reserves the right to monitor, delete, modify, and add any user reviews or testimonials according to its policies. We will not post user reviews, comments, and/or testimonials that are offensive or unacceptable to children and adults. We retain the right to delete and not post any comment regardless of content.

If chat or messaging are being recorded, then Xsertive LLC will disclose that the communication is being recorded or monitored.

Xsertive LLC will incorporate comments on websites when appropriate. We will not post user comments that are offensive or unacceptable to children and adults. The email will be a part of the Xsertive LLC business correspondence. Emails from Xsertive LLC may be kept up to a period of seven years in accordance to our standard business practices.

The user’s web browser and client software may collect information such as geographic information or information regarding user computer such as the version of internet provider. This information is used to improve the Xsertive LLC website by improving user experience through updating code, developing website pages and navigation, and website content to best serve the maximum number of users.

Through the website analytics, information is collected and retained on servers. If Xsertive LLC would sell or transfer the business, user personal information will be part of the sale. Xsertive LLC produces their own videos and images or uses stock from 3rd party providers. We do not have any images uploaded to our website from a customer at this time. In the event that a customer embeds an image or video into the contact form, we will delete the image or video from our servers. There is one exception. If a customer has uploaded an image or video in order to provide additional information or customer service, Xsertive.com will store the image or video on their website for the duration of the customer service transaction. The image or video will be deleted once the discussion of the customer service is complete. The second instance is when the image or video is provided for documentation for legal or tax purposes. An email to info[-at-]Xsertive.com for this image or video to be deleted will produce action to delete the image or video from the website, images store on website, and any image downloaded or retained except when required by law either in the state of West Virginia or United States.
